Where is your clothing made?
All our amazing designs are created by a variety of Latin American artisans. Please, check our artisan page for more details. Our artisans are located in Latin America (Peru, Chile, Panama, Mexico, Venezuela, and more).
Do you offer order pick up?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a pick up service.
How long is shipping?
We currently only ship within the United States. For the most up-to-date shipping estimate, please add items to your cart and enter your zip code into the shopping cart shipping estimator. Shipping costs and times will fluctuate based on what is being purchased, where it is being shipped, any current shipping promotions, high-demand and volume changes, and weather conditions affecting carriers. Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES -
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Package taking too long to be delivered? Call: 1-800-ASK-USPS.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after one week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. Please, send a photo and your receipt for processing.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you with any changes to your order. We are unable to add or remove items from an order that has already been placed, and may be unable to cancel an order if it has been more than 1 hour since the order was placed.
What is your return policy?
For information regarding our return / exchange policies. We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including but not limited to: gift cards, desk, accessories, jewelry apparel, and jackets. All online and in store/event sales are final.
Since most of our products are made to order, and are one of a kind pieces, we can not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We cannot refund or exchange your jacket for any reason. For additional questions please email us at email@example.com
HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?
If you add your e-gift card to your Apple Wallet on iPhone, then yes you can check your balance and use this to redeem your gift card in store.
If you do not use iPhone, at this time you are unable to check the balance of your gift card yourself, however we can help. Please send a request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMOTIONS ON THE SAME ORDER?
Only one promotion can be applied to each order.
